FREE Run Training Group
Meets Mondays at 6pm
Monday nights we are meeting at the Parthenon in Centennial Park (map here.) During hot weather water and gatorade will be provided.

This is a training group for all ability levels. You will receive professional run coaching; safe-effective-fun workouts; and a chance to be involved with a supportive group to better your running.
Walkers, walk/run, joggers, and experienced runners will all fit in at MCR training sessions. There is no such thing as someone who is "too out of shape" for this club.
Training sessions are led by nationally-ranked triathlete and ultramarathoner Stephen Taylor
